| My good friend Tim got Ukulele fever a fewyears back and gave it to me. It almost seems like model building after so many guitars. Trouboudor Jim Hancock will soon take delivery of an 8 string harp uke made from mahagony and sitka, and soon after that there will be an all-koa flying V and a mahagony explorer available. |

| I have always wanted to build a Dyer style Harp Guitar. I bought the plans and immediately started making changes. I gave it a 14 fret neck, a cutaway, and changed the body shape. The harp peghead seemed large and heavy to me, so I reversed the order of the harp strings and came up with a smaller peghead that uses regular tuners instead of banjo machines. I will finish building it this winter and it may be available in the spring. |
